    New goals

    Happy new year! 

    Okay, admittedly, I have a few holiday pounds to drop, however, my improvements have felt solid in Muay Thai and Kettlebells. 

    I have added more mass through my kettlebell power sets, and my endurance is feeling fantastic (just ask my students 😉).

    I am going to be advancing my own training, as I test out new sets for the higher level Muay Thaibata ™️ program, 4x4.

    I look forward to it!
