If you want to stay up to date, and always get the latest, please follow the instructions below:

The installation process is really easy. To install the app, your members need to log in to the members area on their phone browser (iOS & Android). Once there, an app installation banner will automatically appear, and your members just need to follow the instructions.

The exact installation process differs between Android and iOS:

iOS - on Apple devices, your members need to click the “Share” icon, choose “Add to Home Screen,” and accept the new app install. After that, the app is available under an icon like any other app.

Android - the installation flow is much more automated on Android devices. After clicking install, the user is taken through a native system process, after which the app is automatically installed on their phone and accessible as any other app icon.

Upon the first app open, your members will be automatically logged in to the Members area and will be presented with a push notification modal they can either accept or decline. And that’s it! Simple as that.

I apologize everyone!

Google's update to the youtube app has been giving me some issues on the bluetooth devices I've been using forever.

I may have to switch over to the computer I use in the gym until they fix that bug.

I'll update you as I work on it 😮‍💨

Thanks and Godspeed 🙏

Sawatdee khrap,

I am proud to say that we had a great show at Westside block party Sea Fest, and everyone did just great!

I have included the link for al to see!

Okay, huge announcement: This site is shutting down; that being said, I am moving the classes to a new platform. With the current build, I am creating an instructors site, which is being developed now, and the first class, "Muay Thaibata Trainer", is almost loaded. Keep your eye on krujuice.com for details. This is all in process even as I write this. Please bookmark that domain, and look for them coming up, Godspeed 🙏

Sawatdee khrap,

Life is busy, and it doesn't slow down! The students and I have been working toward better training and discipline, which you've seen if you are catching us on the YouTube live streams.

We are gearing up to perform a demonstration at Edgewater Beach by request of the Westside Block Party, as it has a Southeast Asian theme.

We also have three fighters getting their training in for upcoming fights and are looking forward to the next Point Muay Thai coming up soon.

I am still slowly getting my books in draft worked on; these will be the companion books to the first one, covering application, as the first one covered the science of instruction.

I am moving my virtual class for teachers to a new platform, which will have better integrations. I have been working on ideas for a new student virtual classroom and should have that up in the coming months. That one will run you through my full program, from zero to hero.

I hope you are rocking it out and look forward to seeing you soon, either online or IRL, Godspeed!

Everyone,

I have been expanding the reach in the YouTube area, and we are only growing bigger and faster. as we continue to evolve what Muay Thai can do, I would like to also begin bringing in other projects I work on. Currently it's all a bit disparate, and there is more work to be done, more communities to grow in, and more people to bring together.

Godspeed to you all; thank you for your help and attention.

Aaron "Kru Juice" Veverka.

Happy new year!

Okay, admittedly, I have a few holiday pounds to drop, however, my improvements have felt solid in Muay Thai and Kettlebells.

I have added more mass through my kettlebell power sets, and my endurance is feeling fantastic (just ask my students 😉).

I am going to be advancing my own training, as I test out new sets for the higher level Muay Thaibata ™️ program, 4x4.

I look forward to it!

The book is now available in print on Amazon!!

Are you a Muay Thai instructor struggling to keep your classes fresh and engaging? Are you a student who feels like your progress has hit a wall?
The dirty secret in Muay Thai is the curriculum—or lack thereof. Too many instructors are forced to scour YouTube for last-minute inspiration, or they endlessly repeat outdated methods that, while effective for legendary Thai fighters, leave modern students bored, disengaged, and struggling to find the time to train like a professional.

In the West, we don't have six to eight hours a day to dedicate to training. We have jobs, families, and a limited window to pursue our passion. This is where the old methods fail us.
It takes 300-500 repetitions to create a single natural movement, and 3,000-5,000 to correct a bad one. How can you achieve that with a stale curriculum and limited time?
This guide provides the answer.
Born from the need to train competitive fighters with demanding schedules, Muay Thaibata is a revolutionary system that shatters the old paradigm. This is not just another collection of drills; it's a complete methodology that works in tandem with specialized conditioning to:
Dramatically increase repetition rates to build fluid, natural, and powerful techniques.
•Skyrocket your conditioning and endurance, even with limited training time.
•Keep students engaged, motivated, and excited to come to class.
•Transform your gym from a handful of students to a thriving community of dedicated practitioners.

This system has been tested and proven in the real world, leading to a surge in class attendance and students winning championship belts. This guide is the first in a series dedicated to helping you become a more effective teacher and a more formidable fighter.
It's time to stop the endless cycle of redundant training. It's time to embrace a system that is built for the modern world.

Please Note:
This is the first edition of a planned series and a companion to the “Muay Thaibata Trainer” course. While this book is a complete guide on its own, more in-depth training is available at
