I have started a new online school that will be for all students going into Muay Thai, and Muay Thaibata. While I build out the class structure and fill in the rooms, I will grant the first ten people that sign up free entry.

This week, because I am on vacation, there will only be one day I live stream in the gym, on Monday.
I will still be posting throughout the week however. Being a new youtuber, I'm always learning, and I am bringing new content out quite soon as well.
After my vacation I'll be diving into some long form video, highlighting Muay Thai techniques, health, fitness, and tips on teaching.
I've been a coach since 1999, and some things have changed across the US, while others remain oddly the same, and I'll be working on bringing this all to you over the coming months.

As of late, dietary research has uncovered a variety of different nutrient-dense foods that time and again have been shown to promote good overall health. Coined “Superfoods,” these foods tend to have fewer calories, higher levels of vitamins and minerals, and many disease-fighting antioxidants
On the other hand, the ill-effects of an unbalanced diet are several and varied. Low energy levels, mood swings, chronic tiredness, weight change and bodily discomfort are just a few signs that your diet is unbalanced. In addition to the aforementioned ailments, an unbalanced diet can also cause problems with the maintenance of body tissue, growth and development, brain and nervous system function, as well as problems with bone and muscle systems.
